On November 14, Sunwoda, a lithium ion battery module research and development, design, production and sales for the main business of high-tech enterprises，officially listed on the Swiss stock exchange, become the fourth Shenzhen successfully issued global depositary receipts (hereinafter referred to as the "GDR") listed companies in Europe. From April 2022 preparation for GDR issue, Sunwoda after 203 days, finally on November 8, the Shenzhen stock exchange gem listed company Sunwoda in the Swiss market to complete GDR bookkeeping filing and issue pricing, and log on to the market on November 14, the Swiss stock exchange.

The share of the GDR issue is 28.759 million, and the GDR issue price is $15.30, raising about $440 million. There is no over-allotment right arrangement for this issue.

The GDR offering, led by co-global coordinators and joint bookkeepers including GoldmanSachs International (Goldman Sachs International), UBS AG (Swiss Bank), and five other joint bookkeepers, has attracted wide attention from domestic and foreign investors, with strong bookkeeping momentum and final orders being oversubscribed. The data shows that the GDR issuance corresponds to the underlying stock issuance accounted for 8.4% of the total share capital before the issuance, which is the largest proportion of any Swiss GDR project issued project to date. At present, Sunwoda power battery business is growing rapidly. In the first half of 2022, the company's EV battery revenue reached 4.2 billion Chinese Yuan, up 631.92% year on year, and the business gross profit margin increased by 2.37% compared with the same period last year.

Revenue growth is also benefited from the company's continued capacity expansion and market share expansion. According to the data of China Automobile Power Battery Industry Innovation Alliance, in the Top 10 ranking of China's power battery installed capacity in January to October 2022, Sunwoda ranked the fifth, which was further improved compared with the same period last year, with a total of 5.5GWh, a year-on-year increase of more than three times.
